Can I return my order?

Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order must still contain all appropriate parts, components, and packaging, and must be returned in the exact same condition as when received.
  • The product must show normal handling; damages due to careless handling are excluded.
  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  • The product must be defective immediately upon receipt.
  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping fees.
  • A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within that period.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions listed above, you must follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Send an email to: info@antonioamari.com
  2. Ensure that the email contains the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return request
    • Photo of the product in case of breakage
    • Customer’s full name
    • Customer’s address
  3. We will then contact you and provide the return address. Do not send the return to the sender; we will send the correct address after receiving your request. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right of withdrawal under the following conditions if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal contract for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days starting from the day you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) has received or accepted the last good.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process until the goods are delivered, and it is not possible to refund at the time of receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Antonio Amari) through a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.

Registration for Goods in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you may inform us in advance of your cancellation.

To ensure the quickest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a delivery method other than the standard least expensive delivery option we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract and the receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any costs for this refund.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
